Scared of stepping on the scale
I was due for a weigh in on monday. However I’ve been scared to step on the scale fearing I may have made no progress over the past week. I could not put off the weigh in anymore. So today I stepped on the scale….guess what!!!! I have lost 2.2lbs. Am so happy with myself. My exercise so far for the past 4weeks has been 30 minutes on a stationary bike every morning 5times a week, and eating healthy. I don’t count how many calories I eat everyday coz I feel like it’s too much work. I just eat enough portions to feel full. I am 4lbs away from my mini goal. YAY!!! Wishing all buddyslimmers good weigh in results.
